Miracle- is Back? Qojqva and Quinn React to Player’s Smurf Becoming Active
One of the most popular Dota 2 streamers today, Max “qojqva” Bröcker currently plays for Arkosh Gaming and most notably played for Team Liquid in the past, and still streams under the Team Liquid banner. Qojqva has been streaming consistently since he departed from the active roster of Team Liquid, building up his viewer base considerably and becoming one of the major personalities in the Dota 2 streaming community. He was joined in a recent stream by Quinn “Quinn” Callahan, the mid-player for Gamin Gladiators. Both were stunned when they found Amer “Miracle-” Al-Barkawi’s smurf profile on the Dota Pro Tracker website, which may be indicative of the player’s return to professional competition after a year-long hiatus.
Qojqva and Quinn react to Miracle-’s smurf profile becoming active
Qojqva was streaming the series between OG and Entity that happened yesterday and was joined alongside Quinn, providing commentary and analysis on each game. During the draft phase of Game 2 between OG and Entity, both were checking the profiles of professional players on the Dota Pro Tracker website when they noticed a smurf belonging to Miracle-.
“Miracle smurf 6, 71% win rate, Miracle is back. Holy BatChest (referring to a Twitch emote)! Hoooly. I have to go to this replay actually (checking Miracle-’s most recent game),” says Qojqva.
“He’s back. The king is back. I mean no one’s ready for the return of Miracle-. Whichever team he joins will instantly become the best team in the world. Miracle-’s just that good,” said Quinn as a joke referring to Miracle being hailed as the best player in the world.
While both players were excited to see Miracle- playing Dota 2 again and shared a few jokes about how he is often considered to be the best player in the world no matter how he performs, it may mean that Miracle- will be returning to competitive Dota in the near future. Nigma Galaxy fans may be excited to see Miracle- playing Dota 2 again, however, whether he will be playing on the same roster is not yet confirmed and fans will have to wait for an official announcement to be certain.
This also cannot be treated as a confirmation of Miracle-’s comeback since pro players usually share their smurf accounts with their teammates or friends.
