Honkai Star Rail Jingliu Build: Teams, Light Cones, Traces, Relics

Jingliu is an upcoming character in Honkai Star Rail patch 1.4. Jingliu first appeared in Honkai Star Rail’s animated short, A Flash, where she was shown fighting against the Arbiter General, Jing Yuan. She was then leaked to be a playable character. According to leaks, she follows the Destruction Path to access both single-target and multi-target damage abilities. Her Skill deals Ice DMG to a signal target and generates New Moon stacks. Honkai Star Rail Jingliu Build: Best teams

Team comps in Honkai Star Rail usually follow a set formula consisting of a DPS, a buffer/de-buffer, a healer/shielder, and a flex slot that is usually filled by an extra character of the mentioned “types”.

In terms of 4 stars, Pela is a strong contender for the debuffer slot as her defense shred is very valuable, especially if you run a double shred comp with Silver Wolf, who is the 5 star recommendation for the debuff slot. Alongside these, you can pick any of the shielders and healers from Luocha, Bailu, Gepard, March 7th and Natasha for those slots and run any combination of these two roles.

Honkai Star Rail Jingliu Build: Best light cone

While the name and stats of Jingliu’s signature Lightcone hasn’t been leaked or officially released, players can bet that it will be her Best in Slot. Other 5 star alternatives include On the Fall of an Aeon, which is a free-to-play Lightcone you can get from Herta’s store in the Simulated Universe, and Something Irreplaceable, which is Clara’s signature lightcone from the standard banner.

4 star options include The Moles Welcome You, which is a good general option for Destruction characters, and Woof! Walk Time! which is a good option if you are running Burn, Bleed, or DoT comps.
