NHL 25 Release Date
NHL 25 launches on Friday, 4 October, with the game’s early access starting on Friday, 27 September, seven days before the official release date.
The early access is available for players who pre-order the NHL 25 Deluxe Edition, which is already available to be pre-ordered.
This year the game is only available for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, as it moved away from the old-generation platforms. The NHL community is split on this decision.
NHL 25 Editions
There are two NHL 25 editions, Standard and Deluxe Edition, with both having different prices and offering distinct perks.
It’s worth noting that the NHL follows the same model as other EA Sports titles, such as FC 25, Madden 25, and College Football 25, having only two editions.
The NHL 25 Standard Edition is available for the PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X|S, and it costs £59.99/$69.99 on both platforms. It offers the following perks for players who pre-order it:

The NHL 25 Deluxe Edition is much more expensive than the Standard one, costing players £89.99/$99.99. However, this edition has many more perks, with the 7-day early access being the most relevant one.
