This tournament will be played on LAN as part of the larger DreamHack Melbourne Festival, taking place at the famous Rod Laver Arena, which is a multi-purpose stadium located in the city of Melbourne, Australia.

This CS:GO tournament is going to be the star attraction and the main event of the DreamHack Melbourne Festival which is scheduled to take place across the coming weekend.
Teams – Invited and Qualified
A total of eight teams will be competing in this tournament, four direct invites on the basis of their ESL World Rankings and four others making their way through the various regional qualifiers.
Note: Due to ORDER filing for bankruptcy, their CS:GO division has decided to continue playing uncontracted under the banner of Grayhound Gaming.

Both these groups will be featuring a double-elimination bracket where the opening and winners matches are a single-game affair, but elimination and decider matches are best-of-three series.

The playoffs stage of this tournament will feature four teams that qualified through the group stage.

It will be following a single elimination format where every match will be a best-of-three series.

The winner of this tournament will receive a lion’s share of the prize pool along with a direct slot in the EPL Conference S17.
