Destiny 2 Xur COUNTDOWN (June 3-7): Release Time, Location, & Inventory

Appearing for his second time in a row during the brand new Destiny 2 Season of the Haunted is Xur.

This mysterious merchant offers Destiny 2’s Guardians the finest of Exotic and Legendary wears, and even though he only appears for a handful of days in a week, buyers keep coming back for more.

With that in mind, here’s everything you need to know about Xur this week, including when he’ll arrive, where you can find him, and what he’ll have for sale.

Xur Release Time

Xur returns to Destiny 2 on Friday, June 3, 2022, and will be available until Tuesday, June 7, 2022.

He’s set to arrive at 1 pm EST on Friday, so if you want to make sure you don’t miss out on him then follow along with our countdown below so you can catch him right on time!

He’ll have plenty of Legendary and Exotic items to sell during his brief stay, so make sure to not miss out on his second visit during the Season of the Haunted.

Who is Xur in Destiny 2?

Also known as the Agent of Nine, Xur is a seller that seldom shows face in Destiny 2, but when he does, it’s in a different location each time.

Similar to his ever-changing destinations, what Xur provides for players also varies. His inventory is usually filled to the brim with Exotic and Legendary items that include weapons and armor that are rarely seen elsewhere.

If you’re looking to take advantage of what he sells, you’ll have to make sure you catch him on time, as he doesn’t stick around forever!

Where is Xur?

Xur’s location changes each week, but he gravitates between several areas:

• Winding Cove in the EDZ
• In a tree in “Watcher’s Grave” on Nessus
• In the Hangar in the Tower
• The Last City, Earth
• Arcadian Valley, Nessus
