Everything You Need to Know About Madden 25 Season 2
Season 2 of Madden 25 will bring a lot of new and exciting content to Ultimate Team, introducing a new Field Pass, new programs, cards, challenges, events, and much more.
The goal of Season 2 is to continue to make Ultimate Team feel fresh, and give players new ways to enjoy the game, be it casually or competitively.
Season 2 Release Date
Season 2 of Madden 25 releases on Tuesday, 2 September, a few hours after the end of Season 1, which happens at 10:30 am ET.
The Madden 25 servers may undergo a maintenance period, to make sure all the Season 2 content is added to the game without problems.
Season 2 Field Pass
As mentioned above, Season 2 will introduce a new Field Pass, which will allow players to earn some great rewards, such as players, coins, packs, and many others. Users will be able to use these rewards to upgrade their squads.
While the Season 2 Field Pass hasn’t been officially announced, reliable Madden 25 leaker, MUTLeaks, has already revealed the Season 2 Field Pass players.
According to MUTLeaks, Brian Burns, Cooper DeJean, Kirk Cousins, Stefon Diggs, and Tyron Smith, are the players users will be able to earn in the Season 2 Field Pass players.
These players will be upgradeable to an 89 OVR by using Season 2 upgrade tokens and will have two ability buckets, according to MUTLeaks. All of these cards are expected to have fantastic attributes and great abilities, and some might even become meta cards.
As usual, to complete the Field Pass, and secure all of the great rewards, players will need to complete challenges and missions.
Season 2 Programs
Programs such as Campus Heroes, AKA, Legends, and Preseason TOTW will continue to be released in Season 2. However, new programs will also be introduced, as is the case of the GameTime program.
At the time of writing, the GameTime program is the only new program Season 2 will introduce, as all the other ones were introduced in Season 1. However, more programs are expected to arrive at Ultimate Team throughout Season 2, bringing some entertaining challenges and fantastic cards.
Unfortunately, there is no information about the GameTime program content. However, the Good Morning Madden stream of September 4, which takes place at 10:30 am ET/3:30 pm BST, is expected to reveal everything about the program.
