The Swedish star is by far the best starting squad striker in the game, as Gyokeres possesses great attributes, and will most likely be an affordable card.

2 – Alexander Isak – 85 OVR

Alexander Isak is a great option for a starting squad striker, possessing some great attributes such as 85 pace, 84 shooting, 86 dribbling, and 76 physical.

Isak might not be as fast or strong as their Swedish compatriot, but is a better dribbler, and can use that to create some space, be it for himself or their teammates.

With a very well-rounded card, Isak is the perfect starting squad striker for players who are thinking of building a full Premier League squad. A front two of Isak and Gyokeres is very scary and can secure players many goals, and wins.

3 – Darwin Nunez – 82 OVR

Nunez has very similar attributes to Gyokeres, being lightning fast (88 pace), incredibly strong (86 physical), and having decent finishing (80 shooting).

The Liverpool striker isn’t the best passer or dribbler, but he has solid stats in both attributes, with 78 dribbling, and 72 passing.

Nunez can be described as a slightly worse version of Gyokeres, especially because of his shooting. With 80 shooting, it’s expected Nunez will be very hit-or-miss in front of goal, just like in real life.

4 – Alvarez – 84 OVR

In FC 25, Alvarez has one of the most meta cards in the game, with some splendid attributes, such as 85 pace, 84 shooting, 85 dribbling, 80 passing, and 78 physical

Alvarez is a great all-around card, that might not excel at any attribute in particular, but it’s good in all of them. This makes Alvarez the perfect card for players who have a mixed style, and adapt their style of play according to their opponent.

5 – Correa – 82 OVR

Correa has been one of the best starting squad strikers in many past editions, and that isn’t changing for FC 25, as the Atlético de Madrid striker continues to have a well-balanced card.

With 85 pace, 84 shooting, 86 dribbling, 77 passing, and 75 physical, Correa is a jack of all trades in FC 25. The Atlético de Madrid striker has decent pace, great shooting, spectacular dribbling, good passing ability, and decent physical attributes.

Correa’s dribbling is the difference maker, as it allows him to get past defenders with ease, creating many goal-scoring opportunities for himself or his teammates.
