FIFA 22 TOTS Swaps Set 2: Release Date, Expiry, Rewards, Token System & more
The Team of the Season promo continues in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, showcasing the best players from around the different leagues.
TOTS is bringing us plenty of objectives and SBCs, with Season 6 and Icon Swaps 3 also releasing at similar times, swamping us with new content.
As if that wasn’t enough, the TOTS promo is even bigger than usual, with a Token Swaps system introduced!

TOTS Swaps Set 2 Release Date
TOTS Swaps Set 1 landed on Friday, 6 May at 1pm ET / 6pm BST, with the 25th and final token released on Sunday, 22 May.
The Swaps became available to be redeemed between Friday, 20 May and Friday, 27 May.
When EA officially announced the Swaps system, they said that Set 2 would be released on Friday, 27 May, so expect it to land at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
If it follows the same pattern as the first set, another 25 tokens will be released over three weeks, with the redemption window starting on Friday, 10 June and ending on Friday, 17 June, the same time the Ultimate TOTS squad will rotate out of packs.
TOTS Swaps
We had heard rumblings that a Team of the Season Token Swaps system could be introduced during the promo in FIFA 22 before Set 1 was released, with EA then confirming it would be a double edition, with Set 2 following that up.
We have seen swaps systems used in the Icon Swaps, Winter Wildcards, Future Stars and FUT Birthday promos, so we should all know the mechanics of how it works.
Swaps Tokens will be available as rewards for completing SBCs and objectives, with one likely to be included in the store to buy and one gifted for logging in once again.
A player card will act as a token, which you can redeem by submitting it in a new set of Squad Building Challenges.
The more tokens the SBC requires, the greater the reward it will give, which will likely include packs and players.
Token Rewards
FIFAUTeam has already announced some of the rewards that will be on offer from TOTS Swaps Set 2, although we’re not sure if this is official yet or just an educated guess.
The rewards look to follow the same pattern as Set 1, with Packs, Guaranteed TOTS Packs, TOTS Player Picks and Icon cards all on offer.

- 3 Tokens – Super Lig TOTS Player Pack
- 3 Tokens – Belgium Pro League TOTS Player Pack
- 3 Tokens – Liga Portugal TOTS Player Pack
- 5 Tokens – Ultimate Pack
- 7 Tokens – Serie A TOTS Player Pack
- 10 Tokens – La Liga TOTS Player Pack
- 10 Tokens – Ligue 1 TOTS Player Pack
- 14 Tokens – 1 of 3 La Liga or Ligue 1 TOTS Player Pick
- 14 Tokens – 25 x 84+ Rare Players Pack
- 17 Tokens – Icon Player
- 22 Tokens – Icon Player
Team of the Season
Each year, EA celebrates the best performing players from each league during the Team of the Season event in Ultimate Team.
Full squads from the major leagues and smaller squads from various others are released, all containing players with huge ratings.
There will be plenty of SBC and Objective items too, with some Team of the Season Moments added!
