FIFA 23 – English star to be handed brilliant 86 OVR Rulebreakers SBC card
The Rulebreakers promo is nearing its end in FIFA 23 Ultimate Team, but there’s still more content to be squeezed out of it!
The Team 2 items are available in packs right now and it looks like yet another Rulebreakers SBC card is set to hit Ultimate Team soon.

Queens Park Rangers attacking midfielder Chris Willock has been selected for a Rulebreakers SBC card in FUT 23, according to the reliable @FutSheriff.
The 24-year-old, who is coincidentally the brother of Newcastle’s Joe Willock, is set to be handed a GIANT +13 upgrade, taking his special card to an 86 OVR.
The Englishman’s boosted card will no doubt boast brilliant passing, dribbling, shooting and pace as well as four-star skill moves.
Willock will be handed this Rulebreakers card in line with the EFL Championship Squad Foundations, which means he will be available to unlock for an extended period of time.
We expect this Willock SBC to be priced reasonably at around 30,000 to 40,000 coins on PlayStation and Xbox.
