Honkai Star Rail 1.3 Banners: Dan Heng Imbibitor Lunae, Fu Xuan and Lynx to Debut Next Patch
Honkai Star Rail patch 1.3’s banners have been leaked and it looks like we are getting three new characters next patch. Dan Heng’s Imbibitor Lunae form will arrive as a playable gacha 5-star character and will be joined by the Divination Commission’s Fu Xuan, who will arrive in 1.3’s second half. Serval and Gepard’s little sister Lynx will also debut as a 4-star unit on Fu Xuan’s banner.
Honkai Star Rail 1.3 Banner Order and Dates
Here are the expected dates for the upcoming banner. Each banner will be available for 20 days.

Version 1.3 First phase: Imbibitor Lunae Dan Heng (5-star Destruction Imaginary) – 30th August

Dan Heng
According to Mero, a known Gensin Impact leaker, Dan Heng is the true identity of the Holder of the Light Clan, and he wields the power he inherited from his past existence as the “Imbibitor Lunae King.” Only when Dan Heng accepts “the majestic horns on his forehead, [that] he must bear all the merits and demerits of that sinner.”
Fu Xuan
Xianzhou Luofu’s Divination Commission is led by the confident and well-respected sage Fu Xuan. Although there are little details available about her, it is known that she uses the Matrix of Prescience and her third eye to predict future events and plot the fate of the Xianzhou.
Fu Xuan has strong defensive abilities because she is a Quantum elemental user and a member of The Preservation Path. As soon as the creators of the game provide additional information regarding her role in the narrative of Honkai Star Rail, we’ll make sure to update this section.
Lynx
We know very little about Lynx at the moment. She is a 4-star Quantum healer who treads on the Path of Abundance. Her kit allows players to cleanse debuffs. If you do not have Luocha or Bailu, it might be worth going for Lynx if you need a healer for Memory of Chaos or other content.
Do note that the information we have about the Honkai Star Rail 1.3 banners is based on leaks. While Hoyoverse has officially teased the characters on its social media handles, we do not have official information about their kits yet. The patch 1.3 livestream is expected to take place this month so keep an eye out for the livestream announcement.
