Honkai Star Rail Tier List (June 2023)

Honkai Star Rail offers Simulated Universe and Memory of Chaos as its two endgame activities. Simulated Universe can be cleared if you are under-leveled as you can get the right Blessings and Curios. But Memory of Chaos can be a lot more challenging and you also need to build two teams to clear the stages and get your Stellar Jades every rotation. If you are wondering what the best characters are in the current meta, here is our Honkai Star Rail Tier List for June 2023.

Honkai Star Rail Tier List for Memory of Chaos

Here is our tier list for the current Memory of Chaos rotation in Honkai Star Rail.

• S+ Tier: Seele, Bronya, Gepard, Tingyun

• S-Tier: Jing Yuan, Clara, Yanqing, Welt, Natasha, Bailu, Fire Trailblazer

• A-Tier: Dan Heng, Hook, Serval, Sushang, Asta, Pela, March 7th

• B-Tier: Himeko, Qingque, Sampo

• C-Tier: Physical Trailblazer, Arlan

• D-Tier: Herta

S+ and S Tier units are extremely powerful and they can fulfill their respective roles very easily. A-Tier units are situational and require you to either set up your party around them or you need to pair them with specific units. For example, Asta is a fantastic unit but she truly shines if you have a second Fire character in the team. 

B-Tier, C-Tier and D-Tier units are far from ideal options either because their kits are simply not strong enough or they do not have the synergy that can make their utility feel a lot more valuable. 

Best characters for Honkai Star Rail Memory of Chaos 

Seele: She is the best single-target DPS in the game and her ability to take extra actions per turn makes her incredibly potent in Memory of Chaos where you need to clear the stages in a certain number of turns for maximum rewards.

Bronya: Seele would not be as overpowered if we did not have Bronya in the game. Bronya lets your DPS immediately take action while also providing very powerful Attack and Crit Damage buffs.

Gepard: Shielders offer defensive utility for your team and prevent you from taking damage. With Natasha being the only 4-star healer in the game, you have to rely on shielders like March 7th, Fire Trailblazer or Gepard to keep one of your teams safe in Memory of Chaos. Gepard is far ahead of the competition when it comes to shielding your team and you can take on some of the toughest enemies in the game without taking any damage.

Tingyun: She is the most powerful buffer in the entire game and she also helps resolve any Energy Regeneration issues in your team by offering large chunks of energy to any party member. Tingyun works with well with every damage dealer in the game and is a must-have support.
