How the Premier League TOTS would look WITHOUT the ‘Big 6’ clubs

The biggest and best FIFA 22 Ultimate Team campaign of the year has finally arrived, with the Team of the Season (TOTS) promo now underway.

The Community and Eredivisie squads are available in packs right now, with the hotly anticipated Premier League TOTS arriving very soon.

With the PL squad set to be dominated by the likes of Liverpool and Man City this year, we’re taking a look at which players would make it into the Premier League TOTS if the ‘Big 6’ clubs were not included.

Please note that the ‘Big 6’ Premier League clubs include Manchester United, Arsenal, Liverpool, Manchester City, Chelsea and Spurs.

Jose Sa (OVR 94)

This one is an absolute no-brainer. Jose Sa has been arguably the signing of the season after Wolves paid just €8 million for the goalkeeper.

The Portugal international is an exceptional shot stopper but has also brought a calmness to the Wolves defence when in possession of the ball.

Matty Cash (OVR 90)

Aston Villa right-back Matty Cash has been on fire again this campaign and now plays a key role in Steven Gerrard’s team.

The Poland international is solid defensively but contributes greatly going forward, as proven by his three goals and three assists in the Premier League this season.

Marc Guehi (OVR 89)

Marc Guehi has been a revelation for Patrick Vieira’s Crystal Palace since signing from Chelsea last summer.

The England international has formed a formidable partnership with Joachim Andersen and is still yet to be dribbled past this season.

Craig Dawson (OVR 90)

West Ham centre-back Craig Dawson has made himself the number one option at the heart of the Irons defence and leads by example.

The Englishman has featured heavily in West Ham’s Europa League run and Premier League success, scoring four goals in all competitions.

Kyle Walker-Peters (OVR 91)

Kyle Walker-Peters was a shoo-in for this squad. The versatile full-back has excelled on both the right and left flank for the Saints this season.

Walker-Peters’s defensive ability coupled with his ball-playing skills has earned him a call up to the latest England international squad too.

Declan Rice (OVR 95)

England starlet Declan Rice was the first name on the team sheet. The West Ham midfielder is now established as one of the best in the world at what he does.

The 23-year-old has sparked a lot of interest from some of Europe’s biggest clubs including the likes of Manchester United and Chelsea.

Conor Gallagher (OVR 92)

Conor Gallagher has eight goals and three assists to his name in the Premier League this season whilst playing in midfield!

The 22-year-old, who is currently on loan at Crystal Palace from Chelsea, plays with a maturity and class that is well beyond his years.

Joelinton (OVR 88)

Newcastle’s Joelinton has made an incredible comeback since switching to a box to box midfield role, rather than playing in the striker position.

The Brazilian centre-mid has been excellent for the Magpies since Eddie Howe took charge and deserves a place in this squad.

Jarrod Bowen (OVR 93)

West Ham right-winger Jarrod Bowen has been simply outstanding in the 2021/22 Premier League campaign.

The Englishman has managed to net 10 goals whilst registering 10 assists in 33 appearances so far this season.

Ivan Toney (OVR 90)

Brentford’s Ivan Toney entered the Premier League with a big reputation having just broken the goals record in the Championship, and he has not let us down.

The striker has scored 12 goals and picked up 4 assists whilst consistently performing at a high level in a struggling Brentford side.

Emmanuel Dennis (OVR 89)

Despite Watford’s struggles in what will likely be a relegation season for them, there has been one shining light in the form of Emmanuel Dennis.

The Nigerian international has registered 10 goals and 6 assists in the league whilst providing a constant threat down the left flank.
