How to Get Harlequin Crest (Shako) in Diablo 4
In Diablo 4, the Harlequin Crest is a one-of-a-kind item that can be worn by any class. It’s an upgraded and improved version of the same helm that debuted in earlier titles in the series, and it’s one of the greatest, just like the others. I’d even go so far as to say it’s the greatest helm for specific classes.
It is superior to a Legendary helm, as are other Unique Items, and contains set features and benefits that cannot be removed or imprinted. If you’re really lucky, it might also be Sacred or Ancestral. This is a new item version with greater stats and characteristics than the ordinary one, although it is extremely rare.
Diablo 4: Where to find Harlequin Crest (Shako)
Your character must be level 85 or higher to find the Harlequin Crest. In World Tier Four: Torment, it will thereafter appear as a random drop or within a chest. To have the highest chance of finding them, you should focus on endgame content such as Helltide events and Nightmare Dungeons.
Adam Jackson, Diablo 4’s lead class designer, identified the Harlequin Crest as one of the six rarest things in the game in a tweet, stating that they will always drop at 820 item power.

Farming these events for the Harlequin Crest, like all other Unique rarity items, will take some time and a lot of luck. Just keep in mind that it’s one of the game’s rarest things, and the first photographs leaked only a few days ago, so your odds of obtaining one are tiny.
