Madden 25 Title Update – Revamped Passing Added, Gameplay Changes & More

The latest Madden 25 title update introduced many gameplay changes, including the addition of the highly anticipated revamped passing feature, which should have been in the game since launch.

This title update also updated playbooks, fixed a plethora of bugs, and made some improvements to the game presentation, among many other things.

Madden 25 Gameplay Changes

The biggest gameplay change in this title update is by far the introduction of the revamped passing mechanic, which many players were eager to see added to the game.

With revamped passing now in Madden 25, players have one more passing setting option. This feature can be especially useful for College Football 25 players, as many are used to the feature.

The Philadelphia Eagles playbook was updated, with plays such as WR Mid Screen, Slot Drive, Hammer Dagger, and PA Jailbreak Screen, among many others, added.

But that wasn’t all, as the play-art that shows on the play-call screen was significantly improved, and a new Switch Stick delay option was added.

Various bugs were fixed, while other gameplay aspects were tuned. Things such as receivers getting a speed boost when players used custom stems, tunning wide receivers blocking, and adding new pursuit logic, where some of the many other gameplay changes this title update introduced.

Presentation Improvements

As mentioned above, this Madden 25 title update also introduced many presentation improvements, such as adding the São Paulo Stadium and adding cameras to the Super Bowl celebration cutscenes.

Many presentation bugs were also fixed, such as missing a replay after a fake punt, incorrect text on the broadcast, and Team Builder teams appearing with wrong helmets, among others.

Many players also received likeness updates, these players are Xavier Worthy, Adonai Mitchell, Brock Bowers, Ricky Pearsall, Quinyon Mitchell, Kenny Clark, and Joe Burrow. New gear was also added to Madden 25.

All of these changes will make the game more immersive, especially in Franchise mode.

It’s also worth noting that Season 2 of Madden 25 arrived at Ultimate Team in this update, and it introduced exciting content to the mode.
