Most of them can be purchased through seasonal packs, the battlepass, or from the in-game shop itself, which has something new to offer every single week.

This weekly rotation of skins, bundles, and items keeps all the heroes fresh while offering something enticing for the players to purchase, depending on what the shop has to offer for the next seven days.
