Resolut1on Replaces Iceiceice in Team Secret’s Dota 2 Lineup

It’s official! Ukrainian star Roman “Resolut1on” Fomynok who was last spotted playing for Team Secret at the Riyadh Masters 2022 has now been permanently added to the lineup. The player will replace Daryl “iceiceice” Koh in the Team Secret lineup and will be part of the roster heading into the ESL One Malaysia 2022 and The International 11 Qualifiers.

Iceiceice is now a free agent and should have multiple teams lined up for a transfer, considering his tenacity and experience in the offlane.

Resolut1on completes Team Secret’s roster

Resolut1on’s addition to the team is Team Secret’s third roster change of this season following the departures of SumaiL, and YapZor earlier this season. The two were replaced by Remco “Crystallis” Arets and Baqyt “Zayac” Emiljanov respectively. Only two members of Team Secret’s line up from the start of the season, still remain in the roster.

Following all the roster changes, Team Secret’s roster is currently:

  • Remco “Crystallis” Arets

  • Michał “Nisha” Jankowski

  • Roman “Resolut1on” Fomynok

  • Baqyt “Zayac” Emiljanov

  • Clement “Puppey” Ivanov

  • Coach: Lee “Heen” Seung Gon

Earlier this week, Zayac said that Resolut1on would probably stay in Team Secret following which Resolut1on confirmed that he would be joining the European lineup on Bogdan “Iceberg” Vasylenko’s Twitch stream.

It will be interesting to see how Team Secret performs with the new lineup. The team looked in prime form at the Riyadh Masters 2022 where they managed to secure a Top 4 finish. During this run, it even managed to secure wins against the Riyadh Masters’ eventual winners PSG.LGD, runner-ups Team Spirit, and Western European Dota 2 Pro Circuit 2021/2022 Tour 3: Division I champions Tundra Esports.

All eyes of the team will be on the upcoming The International 11: Western European qualifiers where it will have to face the likes of a renewed Nigma Galaxy, Entity, and potentially Team Liquid.
