This year the promo is even bigger than ever, with a TOTS Swaps system introduced, which offers some top rewards.

Latest – Ligue 1 TOTS Challenge 5
After a couple of days without a token release, the eighth TOTS Swaps Set 2 token has now dropped in FIFA 22 Ultimate Team, and it can be claimed via an SBC.
By completing the Ligue 1 TOTS Challenge 5 SBC you will gain a token for Covic as well as a Prime Gold Players Pack.
The requirements are as follows:
Ligue 1 TOTS Challenge 5
- Minimum one France player
- Maximum five players from the same League
- Minimum three players from the same Club
- Minimum one Rare player
- Minimum 75 Squad Rating
- Minimum 95 Team Chemistry
Rewards – 1 x Prime Gold Players Pack, 1 x TOTS Swaps 2 Covic

So far eight TOTS Swaps 2 tokens have been released, so make sure you act quickly to get them before they expire.

Expired Tokens
So far, no Swaps tokens have expired.
How to get TOTS Swaps Tokens
From now until the end of the FIFA 22 TOTS campaign you will have the opportunity to gain TOTS Swaps tokens, with Set 2 available until Friday, 17 June.
This Swaps system will be similar to that of the Icon Swaps, Winter Wildcards, Future Stars and FUT Birthday promos.
EA released the following statement regarding the TOTS Swaps Tokens:
These tokens will mostly be made available across various Squad Building Challenges and Objectives, with one being offered in a pack in the FUT Store during the TOTS campaign.
So, you can get Swaps tokens by completing SBCs, Objectives and through certain packs and competition rewards.
EA could chuck in some other ways of earning TOTS Swaps tokens, for example, a Future Stars swap was hidden in Squad Battles rewards previously.

With 25 tokens up for grabs and 23 different rewards with varying costs, there are plenty of combinations you can go for.

TOTS Swaps Release Date
Team of the Season Swaps Set 2 was released on Friday, 27 May, at the usual time of 1pm ET / 6pm BST.
Another set of 25 tokens will be released over the next three weeks, with the redemption window starting on Friday, 10 June and ending on Friday, 17 June, the same time the Ultimate TOTS squad will rotate out of packs.
