What Is Flowberry Fizz and Where Can You Find It in Fortnite?

Following the Winterfest event, Fortnite players have now gotten access to a new range of quests for week 5 with any traces of winter-themed items disappearing from the game. To replace that, this new and minor update has introduced new and interesting items such as the Flowberry Fizz into the battle royale. This has caught the attention of numerous players who are wondering how this item works in-game. Let’s jump right in and take a look!

What is Flowberry Fizz in Fortnite?

The Flowberry Fizz is a new consumable item that was added with the first update of 2024 and it allows players to get 100 shield points along with a low gravity effect. Apart from the perk, this item also has the ability to provide your teammates with 100 shield points as well, which makes it an excellent utility, which works similarly to Med-Mist.

Considering the fact that this item has team-healing abilities, using this in squad matches is a given but it probably will not get much use in solo queues. You must also keep in mind that you can only carry one of these consumables per player, which significantly limits its usage.

Where Can You Find Flowberry Fizz in Fortnite?

Thankfully, finding Flowberry Fizz is not a challenging task and it can be seen as part of regular floor loot, chests, supply drops, and loot carriers at prime locations. It is certainly an improvement over the regular Flowberry consumable, as it aims to be a more reliable and abundant source of healing effects.

Apart from finding it in the environment, players can also interact with various NPCs present in the game to find out if they have some of this elixir up for sale. You can keep an eye out for such NPCs and stack up on gold bars so that you can buy it off these characters if you do not find them while scouring for loot.

That is pretty much everything you need to know about the new Flowberry Fizz consumable in Fortnite. Do note that using this elixir does not immediately take you up to 100 shields but it is more of a progressive increase. Make sure you remember this if you need to use it mid-combat.
